Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, including custom wig units, hair bundles, and perishable items, ALL SALES ARE FINAL, and we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
While refunds are not available, you may exchange your ready-to-wear pre-made wig unit within 1-3 days of receiving it, provided the lace is still intact and has not been cut. A restocking fee of $75 will apply to all ready-to-wear pre-made unit exchanges. Please, refer to our measuring guide to ensure you order the correct size unit, also try on your unit to check the fit before cutting the lace.
To qualify for an exchange, the unit must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.
Please note that all custom wig units, un-customized wig units, bundles, clip-in extensions, and scalp care collection items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only if one or more items are out of stock after your order is processed. Typically, refunds are processed within 2-5 business days; however, depending on your banking institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
